I was born on August 21, 1981 in Soroti Sub County, Soroti County, Soroti City/Town Uganda. Growing up in Soroti City/Town, I had a curiosity for learning.
As a student at Soroti Secondary School and later Ngora High School, I discovered my passion for teaching. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, Msc Accounting and Finance and PhD in Energy Economics and Governance, ongoing, all at Makerere University where I explored deeper into the teaching. I had the opportunity to interact with various Professors who have shaped my academic life journey.

I believe in embracing the journey of life with an open heart and a curious mind. My philosophy centers around the principles of authenticity, compassion, and continuous growth. I strive to cultivate meaningful connections with others, recognizing the inherent worth and dignity in every individual.
I am committed to living a life of purpose and passion, seeking fulfillment in both personal and professional pursuits. I value the importance of resilience in the face of challenges, viewing them as opportunities for learning and self-discovery.
In my interactions with the world, I aim to contribute positively to the well-being of others and the greater community. Empathy and understanding guide my actions, and I believe in the power of kindness to create a ripple effect of positive change.
Continuous self-improvement is a cornerstone of my philosophy, as I embrace the process of learning and evolving. I find joy in the pursuit of knowledge, creativity, and personal development, recognizing that growth is a lifelong journey.
Ultimately, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that by living authentically, cultivating compassion, and pursuing continuous growth, I can contribute to a more harmonious and interconnected world.
Enhancing Tax Revenue through Effective Investigation and Compliance Strategies
In this research, I aim to explore and analyze the various factors influencing tax revenue generation in Uganda in general, with particular focus on examining the performance of petroleum excise duty among the petroleum importing firms in Uganda, exploring all the compliance strategies.
